Entry forms for the Championship and BASH will be available at the next tournaments (Cranston, RI and Newington, CT). They are also available for download from the NeJST message board.
Entry payment can be made at either of the next two tournaments, by mail, or by Paypal.
Entries paid after May 31st will incur a late fee of $20.
