NeJST's Fourth Season Statistics

244 junior bowlers participated in our 20 regular season tournaments.
204 boys and 40 girls.

Of 37 Collegiate Boys Danny Khuu, Brockton, MA, had the high average on sport conditions of 195, the high blended average of 203, and the high average of 226 on house conditions. David Rice, Shaftsbury, VT and Alex Weglarz, Schaghtico, NY had the division’s high game, 299. Danny had the high series, 1451. Overall the division’s sport average was 184 for 851 games, house average was 205 for 186 games, with a blended average of 188.

40 bowled in the Girl’s Division during the season. Leigh Pratt, Troy, NY had the high average of 198 for sport condition and the high blended average of 197. Nicole Trudell, Coventry, RI had the high average of 203 on house condition. Amanda Labossiere, Buzzards Bay, MA had the high blended average of 190. Jill Goldsworthy, Barre, VT rolled a 259 for high game. Alexandra Kiesman, Attleboro, MA had the high series of 1258. Overall the division’s sport average was 164 for 857 games, house average was 179 for 224 games, with a blended average of 167.

43 Junior Boys participated. Kevin Thibeault, Whitman, MA, had high average on sport conditions of 185; and the high blended average of 186. Nick Sauve, Mansfield, MA had the high average on house conditions of 192. Qwadaris Remnert, Providence, RI had the division’s high game of 290. The 1203 high series was rolled by Nick.Overall the division’s sport average was 160 for 805 games, house average was 174 for 160 games, with a blended average of 162.


The Major Boys Division had 99 bowlers. Dillon Davis, W. Coxsackie, NY, had high sport shot average with 186. Shane Fleury, Plainfield, VT, had high house average with 217. Jalen Scott-Jones, Riverside, RI, had the high blended average of 190. A 279 game was rolled by Jason Brunelle, Attleboro, MA. Jalen also rolled the high series of 1326. Overall the division’s sport average was 175 for 1,765 games, house average was 199 for 312 games, with a blended average of 179.

Noah Frankforter, Cheshire, CT, had a high average of 161 on sport conditions, 158 on house conditions, and 160 for the high blended average of the 25 Prep bowlers. Josh McCart, Hoosick Falls, NY, had the division’s high game, 223 and high series, 1092. Overall the division’s sport average was 140 for 601 games, house average was 142 for 134 games, with a blended average of 141.

35 qualified for the Junior Gold National Championship in Indianapolis, IN, in July.

12 bowlers also earned full or partial entries into the BEST Tournament that was held last weekend in Maple Shade, NJ.

54 bowlers attended at least seven of the 20 regular season events to qualify for our fourth Championship Tournament.

NeJST Bowlers Do Well at B.E.S.T.

This year's BEST tournament was held this past weekend at Laurel Lanes, Maple Shade, NJ.

Rai Doblmeier (RI) finished 4th, earning a $1,000 scholarship. Chris Maschino (MA) placed 6th with a $500 scholarship.

Jackie Evans (MA) finished 5th in the handicap division earning a $100 scholarship.
