RESULTS FROM S. WINDSOR TEN-PIN

We have been having a fine year. Over the past four events we have had an average of 63 entries per tournament. This week was a tough shot. Only two bowlers averaged 200 for the day, Rebekah Diers and Jimmy Stenson, both of Kingston, NY.

Christopher Michael won the Jr. Gold Qualifier and will advance the the National Tournament in Buffalo, NY, next June.

Leigh Pratt won her spot in next June's BEST Tournament in Maple Shade, NJ.



Prep Division: Two Connecticut boys received the medals in this division. Tyler Dante Bartee (l) received the silver and Tommy Tkacz (r) the gold.




Jr. Boys Division: Nick Jenson (CT) [r] climbed most of the ladder to garner the gold. Chris Colella (MA) [l] finished with the silver medal.





Jr Girls Division: Kamariah Jackman (CT) [r] did a very nice job climbing the whole ladder to defeat divisional high qualifier Amanda Labossiere (MA) [l] for the gold.





Collegiate Boys: Jimmy Stenson (NY) [l] was high qualifier for the division with a very nice 1249 series but fell to Tony Bennett (MA) [r] in the final step-ladder match.





Major Boys: These two CT boys endured a field of 23 bowlers for the day. In the final match Kyle Rasmussen [r] won the gold leaving Christopher Michael [l] with the silver.






Girls Division: Rebekah Diers had the highest series for the day with a 1282. The final match was really close but Rebekah managed to edge out Leigh Pratt for the gold 203 - 200.
