This was the first sample of the logo we're using on our shirts. I favor the lighter color over the darker. The two colors change based on the color of the shirt.
I am not stocking up on them....I'll take pre-paid orders.
Shirts are available in the following colors:
black, ash, kelly green, white, bimini blue (medium shade), cobblestone (brownish), forest green, heather gray, ivy (dark green), navy, red, sand, lake blue, and maroon. Oh yes, we did find an orange shirt also.

NeJST at Westgate La
43 bowlers from CT, MA, NH, NY, RI, and VT competed March 19th in Brockton, MA.

In a first, the Collegiate Boys Division had the largest field with 14 entrants. Chris Page (RI) did a fine job of climbing the ladder defeating Brandon Medina (RI) 207-180, then Carl Egbe (MA) 192-185, then Randy Hagemoser (RI) 234-166, before falling to Billy Trudell (RI) 196-256 in the final match.

Alexandra Kiesman (MA) defeated Deanna Outland (RI) to clinch the gold for the Girls Division. Other finalists were Christine Belsky (MA) 3rd, Katy Vabalas (CT) 4th, and Brittany Garcia (NH) 5th.

Rai Doblmeier (RI) made a valiant effort to advance to the finals of the Major Boys Division rolling a 299 for his final qualifying game but still fell short. Greg Andrews (MA) defeated Mike Ciampi (VT) 236-198 and Derek Hamm (MA) 201-166 then lost to Danny Khuu (MA) to take the bronze. Danny went on to win the gold defeating Ryan Evans (MA) 178-150. Danny also won the Junior Gold qualifier earning a spot in the 2007 Junior Gold Championship Tournament to be held in Buffalo, NY.

David Lewis (RI) won gold in Junior Boys Division. Cody Reichenberger (VT) received silver and Matt Peter (MA) bronze.
Nicole Trudell (RI) was unopposed in the Junior Girls Division. Congratulations to Nicole for winning the RI Girls Pepsi Tournament earlier this month.

First in the Prep Division was Jadee Scott-Jones. Second went to new-comer Tori Whetstone. Tori, who averages 84 in her weekly junior league, rolled a personal best 186 game. Gazmine Mason, also in her first NeJST competition, was third. All three are from RI.

Results from Striker's East
22 bowlers participated in our latest tournament which was hosted by Striker's East, Raymond, NH which is owned by former PBA pro Steve Hardy. He put out a rather difficult condition...long, heavy oil.
Three divisions were uncontested...
in Collegiate Boys was Ron Flood of Barre, VT.
in Jr Girls was Jessica Evans of Acton, MA.
in Preps was Jacqueline Evans of Acton, MA. In her 8th event of the season, and averaging 110, Jackie rolled a very nice 178 game.
In the Girls Division Brittany Garcia (Amherst, NH) ran the ladder to garner a first place win. She defeated Stephanie Howard (Beacon Falls, CT) 192-164, Mindy Hardy (Manchester, NH) 172-170, Alexandra Kiesman (Attleboro, MA) 222-184, and Amie Tomblin (Milford, NH) 219-189.
The Junior Boy Division was won by Christopher Colella of Templeton, MA. Keith Poulin, Manchester, NH, won the silver medal. Bronze went to Tyler Brooks in his first event of the season.
Nathan Duphiney (N. Attleboro, MA) defeated Patrick Taylor (E. Barre, VT) in a nail biter first match of the ladder 156-155. The next match was even closer....tied with Will Romaine (Riverside, CT) 158-158. However, Will prevailed in the 9th and 10th frame roll-off. Will proceeded up the ladder defeating Stephen Hardy (Manchester, NH) 180-158. Michael Ciampi (Barre, VT) stopped Will's progress in the championship match winning 214-205.

FERRARO'S MID-CITY LANES HOSTED...
49 bowlers competed in five divisions this weekend. Not a sport condition, the field average was 191.96.
Kyle Shivers, Red Hook, NY received the first NeJST Special Award shirt for the 259 triplicate series he rolled at Mardi Bob in Poughkeepsie. Ryan Evans, Acton, MA was not present to receive his shirt for an 11-in-a-row he rolled earlier in the season. There were two more of these thrown this weekend by D. J. Quesnell, Kingston, NY and Connor LeClair, Athens, NY.
Rai Doblmeier, Warwick, RI earned the last of our 2006 Junior Gold spots. D.J. Quesnell earned a second spot….that one was for the 2007 Jr Gold Championship to be held in Buffalo, NY. Please remember, If any of you with Jr Gold spots for this year win your state’s Pepsi Tournament let me or, if you won the spot at another tournament, the other tournament director know that you have won Pepsi and that your original spot can be handed on…
